The Mangalore Commissionerate of Central Excise launched its Web site on July 30. A press release said here that the Web site (http://cexmangalore.gov.in) contains details of matters related to Central Excise and Service Tax in the commissionerate.

The site provides information about the jurisdiction of the commissionerate, portfolio held by officers, statistical data of Central Excise and Service Tax, audit schedule, orders issued by the commissionerate, and contact details of the offices coming under the commissionerate, it added.
